What will you learn?
This 2-day course helps you learn Scrum in depth, from theory to practice.
Scrum is an Agile method, which is a simple but very powerful management framework for incremental product development. It is particularly suited to complex and high risk products with constant changes, where frequently delivering better value to the client is highly desired.
In this 2-day course, we will use presentations, exercises, simulations and case studies to let you be able to:
  • Discover what Scrum is and what it is not
  • Learn how to solve your own problems in a Scrum-like manner
  • Deepen your knowledge about Scrum and to encourage you to dive in
  • Get ready to start implementing Scrum, knowing it's merely the beginning of the journey...
